How long does it usually take your orders to arrive?
I placed an order November 1, and it just arrived yesterday. Part of it was a gift, but I was worried I wouldn't have it on time for Christmas. I'm now reluctant to reorder.. I love the product but that sort of wait is unacceptable to me.
However the story sounds a bit fishy, so I'm wondering if the rep didn't actually do the order on time or something..
