i have my secont 17 week appointment with the midwife tomorrow what will happen? will i get to hear the heartbeat? xxx

It will depend on you MW as to whether they will listen to HB. Mine wasnt going to but I asked her to try.

I had mine Friday. MW felt my tummy did a wee test and listened to the heartbeat but I think it depends on the MW and the area

At mine it was:
Any questions, concerns.
- Weight
- Blood pressure
- Feel of uterus (she couldnt feel anything)
- An listen to heartbeat
Also if we want the test for down syndrome an spinal bifida they will do a blood test (called the triple test. I had mine at docs as she couldnt get any blood)
