DS will be 2y 8m when this bubba is born. We've told him there's a baby in mummies tummy and DH has taught him to kiss my tummy and say 'love you baby' makes my heart melt!
I've been feeling a bit anxious the last few days about how I will cope with a toddler and a newborn. But I guess millions of women have done it so I can too!
Hi everyone, i'm almost 5 weeks with number 2, my son will be 28 months when this one is due. I'm so excited to make the 4th family member! I really want a girl this time around, but seeing as how cute my boy is, it obviously doesn't matter. I thought I loved ds before, but really these prreg hormones are making me cry when I think about him being a big brother :'(
HI ladies, my DD would have just turned 3 when #2 enters the world. Exactly the way we planned it Mrs Park - My DD also kisses my tummy She pats my belly when we are on the couch at night and says 'Hi baby'. I'm so excited for her to be a big sister and to be a mummy again.
Hi everyone. My DD will be 2 yrs 8 months when new baby comes! We started TTC when she was just about 1 so we hoped the gap would be smaller but you know the saying. Man plans God Laughs! Just so thrilled I got pregnant again - hope this baby sticks - have a good feeling this time.
Hi, I'm 10 weeks pregnant and my son will be 23 months when this one arrives. I'm having a tough time with sickness and tiredness at the moment. I didn't have any symptons with my boy so this pregnancy is very different.
I sometimes worry loads about how I will cope with a toddler and a newborn, I'm sure it will be ok.......oh my I must be mad
Were all in the same boat, my son don't seem to happy, he tells me no baby mom no no no, he don't want me to hold him anymore, and cried a lot, he will come around soon I hope.

Aw poor little guy! My son isn't going to be told there's a baby in mommy's belly until much later, or I run the risk of having him pull my shirt up, pointing, and saying 'baby'.
Guess that would take away the worry in telling everyone!
My lo is 11months so he doesnt understand when i say mamas havin a baby. One thing im gonna miss is giving lo 100% of me...... i feel sad i may not be able to take him to the park as much and do other things like that. It'll be hard just to leave the house somedays im sure.
I'm new to bnb but would love to join! I am 7w almost 8 and have a daughter who is 2. I'm very excited to expand my little family. Congrats to all you other mommies!
Nearly 7 weeks with #2 and my gorgeous daughter has just turned 2...I had forgotten how nerve-wracking the first tri is; to be honest I am trying to just get on with things and not think too much about the prospect of a new baby until we get to scan stage and know whether things are OK (no reason to think they are not but the first 12 weeks are just so unpredictable and I don't want to get myself into a state about anything).
It feels weird being pregnant again (good weird not bad weird) - I loved my first pregnancy and I dote on my daughter - I think about how another baby will affect our family/relationships, how DD1 will adjust, the fact that we will have to rearrange the house (all move rooms), giving up work and my DH going back to work (he is currently a stay-at-home-dad as I earned more)....so much to think about!
