Second ultrasound Done....no heart beat

Just got done with the ultrasound...this time we saw our little angel...

But not heartbeat....I'm soooo worried....
Is it normal....my hcg is 16700 and the doc says I'm 5 weeks 6 days
Need your experience....

5 weeks is very early to see a HB. I'm sorry you didn't get the reassurance you wanted today though. I saw a HB at 7 weeks. When do you get another scan?

5 weeks 6 days is still early for a heartbeat to be found. Fingers crossed for you x

That's still early and its normal for the heartbeat not to be detected. My doctor tries not to do ultrasounds before 6 weeks for that reason. When do you go back? Try not to stress yourself out with worry. I know its hard. Does the 5 weeks, 6 days line up with your LMP?

According to my LMP I should be 8 weeks, but since my periods are not regular my doc I'm 5 weeks 6 days.

Anything before week 7 is considered too early. At 5 weeks 6 days I'm surprised ur doc even tried to hear it. Some women get lucky and hear it at 6.5 weeks but even that is rare.
Definitely don't be discouraged, ur too early ♡♡
