Hey ladies! My husband and I have been trying for baby #2 for a long time now. Well, more like NTNP. We have used NO birth control what so ever since my daughter was born 11 years ago...crazy.
I was referred to a fertility specialist, got the blood work done on days 3, 10, and 21.... had dye ran through my tubes....all to find out I am still good to go, and even have ovaries of an 18 year old (as my Dr. put it) I'm 31 years old. My husband had a sperm count done and he's normal. That was a bit upsetting to me, as I had hoped we weren't getting pregnant because of him. lol

I'm so happy to see this secondary infertility forum on here! I don't feel so alone in this struggle anymore.

Hoping we all will get our BFP and SOON...I'm sick and tired of disappointment month after month!!!!!!!!

Nevermind!!!! I'm pregnant!!! FINALLYYYYYYYYYYYYY Got 3 :bfp: today!! :happydance::cloud9:

congratulation hunni h&h 9 months.looks like you've been trying for a long long time.

i hope to get a sucssess story like your as i have been trying for years too.

Thank you! You will get yours girl...when you least expect it! We didn't even try last month. He was gone alot so BD'ing was seriously limited. It's as they say....stop trying and it will happen.......and it did! lol

Wow, congratulations! What a coincidence that you'd just posted and then got your BFP! Best wishes for your pregnancy.

I too am a long term TTCer. I have been wanting to get BFP since my daughter was born and she will be 9 next week. I have gotten remarried and it looks like its him, due to morphology issues. So I guess Im in for the long haul. Most people with morphology issues get pregnant but it takes them a long while! 10 months so far.....counting!:<(
I have the option of IUI but DH wants to keep trying without it first, so Ill keep you posted!

sorry ladies, had a chemical pregnancy Dec 4th :( I am now 2 days late, No AF, and negative hpt's. UGH....i'm so sick of this!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Ali!

We are right here with you though! No one needs to ever go through this alone.

Thank you :) I am now 10 days late with nothing but negative HPT's...I don't know what to think anymore....and about to just give up. I'm beginning to feel as though it's not worth all this heartache month after month after month....

Worth changing poopy diapers forever? maybe or maybe not
Worth the smell of a clean baby and that look of unconditional look they give you? Totally worth it!

I know...it's totally worth it. It just gets a little bit harder month after month...It's been 5 years of this emotional rollercoaster. I know you ladies know what I mean.

Hi hun. Thought I'd jump in and offer a good old cyber hug of support. I have PCOS and it took 3 years to conceive my son. We're on cycle 9 but I've only ovulated once in that time so still waiting for a :bfp: on my ovulation sticks!!!

Anyway, I know it's not 11 years, but I just wanted you to know that I understand. To a degree!! Best of luck and :dust: to you xxx

we have been trying for 2 years just had my bloods done so awaiting the results!!

Hi girls, we have been ttc for 17 months. Finally fell pregnant and was so happy to see that BFP in November 09! But that happiness was short lived as i had a MMC at 2 months. So back to testing and praying each month. It is hard. Seems most people just get pregnant and for some of us it is so difficult! I thought i was one of thosw people, as i fell pregnant with my LO one the first try. He is now 3 and i so wanted a sibling for him before he turned 3 so they could be close in age.. We have not been trying as long as you, but to a degree i know how you feel. It is heart breaking to get a negative month after month..

HI folks,

took me ages to get an NHS appointment for investigations and a lap eventually, had lesions from my first c-section that blocked up the tubes, shame it took three years to get that diagnosis.

now thinking of accupuncture and IVF private funded as we have NO. 1 already.
