What do you gals do when you're pregnant and really need energy bad? I can't drink too much caffeine and usually just drink some kind of tea normally, not a big fan of much else except water, juice, and milk, which obviously have no caffeine? I was thinking maybe something to do with a mental outlook? What do you think? I'm sick of asking hubby for help and not getting it.

I know it sounds funny but...exercise! and it really works i had a really bad day the other day...long rubbish day at work and i had no enegry left and thursdays i usually go swimming with my mum i really couldnt be botherd but she said "come on it will do you good!" and i felt brilliant after! and im not much for exercise either. :)
 
Chocolate! :lol: and really sugary milkshakes!! whatever it takes to get you through the day i say! xx
 
sounds yummy! i had a frosty from wendy's and just the kicking i got kept me pretty wide awake! lol

I drank Gatorade to keep awake at work. Didn't even bother trying at home. I just slept.

You're ok to have some caffeine, I have a can of pop in the morning. It really really helps when I'm falling asleep at my desk lol, and yes gatorade is good one and it's super nummy hehe
 
exercise. helps with aches too :hugs: Im in agony if I don't walk at least once a day or do something active.
