Seeing Registrar and Consultant for RMCs!

Does anyone know why I have to see a Registrar and Consultant on two separate dates for recurrent miscarriages?

I have just had my Registrar appointment through for next Tuesday but had my consultant appointment through for February before Christmas!

Anyone had this?

The lady on the phone said it was to talk about the last loss.

I have seen two other consultants but never had this before.
