Sell house quickly companies

Hi,

I'm after some advice about those companies that buy your house from you quickly. Anyone had good/negative experience, stories that you've heard?

Would appreciate any feedback!

I know they offer a lot less than you would get. Its how they make their money. It wouldnt be my choice to use them

I have just bought my house from one of these companies.
They are a pain in the arse to deal with. They are after as much profit as possible so for a buyer, they try and get as much out of you as they can and if you are a seller, they will try and give you as little as possible.
we very rarely dealt with the same person twice, which meant we were forever trying to explain who/what/where we were in the deal!

Even our estate agent and solicitor were getting peeved with them!

I would avoid at all costs.
