Sense of smell?

How early could a heightened sense of smell kick in if one were to get a BFP? All day long I've been smelling what smells like mold, all over my house. Usually I have a very poor sense of smell but this mold thing is driving me absolutely insane because it's so overwhelming to me. There's no mold in my house and no one else can smell it, just me.

It's stinks!! lol
