Good Morning!

I was here from ttc, I graduated to bfp, posted on the bfp pics, and then started a journal, I stumbled across the stars at about 12 weeks i think, I was really holding back until i knew everything would be fine!

Will post pics in a mo, just going to download them from camera, they will be on fb!

Blob, I think a rose is lovely idea, as is the pendant, which she can wear all the time, It has been 2 years this year for my friend and she has had counciling to just start to see over the black, she has just put up the baby prints the hospital did and she has put them up with the childrens pictures, again its all about progressing through it, I don't think you get over holding a baby you don't take home

Rosie opened two presents last night, the rest she has saved, she was so interested in the paper, and so impressed with the first present she opened the rest would have been just for our sake not hers so we are pacing them!
Christmas is going to be fun

I have a hair pre lightner i am going to use, over the years my hair has gradually got darker, so i am trying for light brown, i have a pre lightner then a colour, but it will be quite drastic from a dark brown to a dark blonde, going to be brave!!! lol

I was in ttc for a short while, then found the September Stars thread in first tri when I was 5 weeks and have hung around ever since! That's how I ended up being a September Star, as my lmp due date was 2nd September but at my 12 week scan they moved me to 28th August, but I'd already been with the stars for so many weeks, I stayed! I wonder if the same thing will happen with the June Bugs, as my lmp date is 1st June, so could easily be moved to May! x

BTP- Do you know about hair colour too ? because i want to go lighter all over but every time i try and do a home one i go ginger.. I have bleached blonde high lights but light brown the rest which is now my natural colour.. what home colour stuff do i need if i want to go lighter ? x

Hey everyone !! Sorry for lack of posting recently but have felt really crappy and suffering with sickness this time round badly. If I dont eat something small every few hours I really feel like I am going to pass out. Not nice at all plus I keep randomly falling asleep when Olivia takes her naps instead of doing the things I should be doing !! I have my repeat dating scan on Wednesday at 9.15am so will know if I am the 12w or 15w I believe I am. Will update you all and if everything goes ok I will be ready to go public on FB etc etc. xx Olivia is good and we are doing some very bizarre sleep training (to get Olivia in her own room) at the moment but it seems to be working..... Night 5 tonight so fxd it continues.

Asher - Glad work is going well. Life seems to be very busy for you at the moment. I dont know how you do it !! xx

LBB - Has James had his barium again yet ? How did he get on hun ? Have your tummy pains gone now ? xx

Sarahkka - LOL @ throwing the cheerios on the floor for the boys to forage !! I do this to the dogs when they are getting under my feet waiting for dinner xx

YM - Sorry things are tough with Kimi - I am sure she just senses that your abit more tired than normal and so maybe tests you a little more than normal. Hugs hun. xx

Kara - Glad things @ work are good - Ooooopf at sleeping in though !! It did make me laugh xx

FB - Hope your having fun in the sun. My sister is off to Spain next week and the temp still looks fab out there at the moment !! Sorry about the interview though hun - You never know thouh they may interview the others and think they are all unsuitable xx

Jelly - Hows JJ feeling - better I hope ? We seem to have alot of poorly babies at the moment ( xx

Blob - Have you got the website sorted yet hun ? We want a peek when its done !! And losing by one pizza slice....... Dissapointing !!! I'm really sorry about your friend (I really can't imagine the heart breaking pain that she will be going through) - I think a rose bush in a lovely pot is a lovely idea xx

Louise - Sorry to hear that you and Wayne are having difficulties but glad to see things are working themselves out. Its so hard. I sometimes feel like Steven resents me for being at home all day. BUT I know I work bloody hard and when he's usually sitting with his feet up I am still folding washing or ironing so I tend to ignore any catty comments now. Either that or I go on strike for a few days to make him realise I do have a job. Its just I do it for love not money !! Apologies as I did laugh at the sick in the shoe xx

Teeny - When is your dating scan hun ?? How are you feeeling ? xx

Emzy - I wouldn't worry about your friends OH - Men are just so oblivious sometimes - If you hadnt told them they would of maybe ended up being annoyed you ahdn't confided in them !! xx

GG - LOL @ the twin watching !!! I brought Olivia a little back pack with reins on it. Its fab and I can shove a nappy in it and a small pack of wipes and a snack for when we are out and about !! Its a ladybird design heres the link (They are much cheaper on ebay though!!) xx

I feel I am struggling to fit in on my new "march mamas" group - Alot of them are 1st time mums and they talk such a massive amount I really struggle to keep up as its alot of postings about prams and car seats etc so may appeal in baby club for a bump buddy. My bump buddy with Olivia NEVER posts and hasn't really been on since we gave birth! My text buddies Kara and Louise may just update you instead if they dont mind !!!

Laura thanks for asking were doing good thanks. Alyssa is starting to go longer between feeds now the past few nights she's gone 4 to 5 hours. I'll put some more pics up when I get chance but I have a busy week so it might be a while lol.

We've just let Tyler open his birthday presents because we are busy tomorrow so he's playing with his new toys ill upload pics of him when I get chance too.

Jayden has a hospital appointment on Thursday because his 3 smallest toes on each foot curl in and under I'm dreading taking him he screamed just when the doctor wanted to look and she never even touched him!
Then on Friday I'm taking all of them for professional pictures with some vouchers I got in my bounty pack.
then Sunday is tylers birthday party were are taking all of them to playtowers which is like sift play with slides etc then having party food afterwards and cake!

JJ still has a bad cough but no temp today which is good. Just watching itng snuggled. Is it me or is there only about 5 episodes of in the night garden as I seem to watch the episode about 3 times now *yawn*

I want to use those hair colours you can get from the shops but someone said you need to get shades that match your natural colour, i soon found out why when i turned ginger !! and the bleach also made my hair ginger.. im so scared to use them but cant afford the hair dressers !!

Lady k I've got my hairdressers coming over to mine on Friday I'll see if she knows what you could use off the shelf. I agree with having to be careful with turning Ginger as this happened to me a few times when I was younger usually means bleach either not strong enough or on long enough

That would be fantastic if you could honey... The problem is i dont want it bleached blonde... i think with bleach its either ginger or white blonde and i was hoping to stay away as my hair was really awful when i used to fully bleach it..The only other thing i could do it is do my own highlights, i just think its time for a change.... always been blonde, maybe i should go black !!!

Evening girlies! Wow there's been a lot of chat!! I'm tired today, long day at work. Am already pining to be at home again, and I think there's very little chance of another baby, so am just gonna have to suck it up and get on with it!!!

Thanks for your questions about the stupid cow SIL. The situation hasn't really changed since it all kicked off, almost 4 months ago now. BIL actually saw the kids (completely by chance) at MIL's when they were staying over on Friday night. He hadn't seen Sam since before he was crawling, and now he's almost walking. It makes me mad. We have stuck to our guns that until crazy SIL can front up to us and actually talk to us, she's not seeing the kids. She and BIL have this warped idea that it's okay to not talk to us at all, ever, but still go round to MIL's once a week and see the kids. Neither I nor DH got a birthday card, and his was his 40th! But they sent a card with money in for Sam's birthday, the day after mine. They also never sent his supposed best friend's (who he's also fallen out with) little girl a card or anything for her b'day in August. They appear happy to distance themselves from us all and paint us as this horrible gang of people, when we're not!!
What really got me last night when MIL and FIL were here talking about it, was that MIL dropped in to the conversation that SIL (who is a Social worker in childrens services...) had mentioned us to her manager, apparently in the light that we were not letting her see the kids because of her mental instability. I went off my head. I said to MIL that if I even got a faint whiff that she had suggested to her manager that me and DH were anything less than great parents to our kids, I would single handedly destroy her career. The spiteful cow. What she forgets is that the business we work in is a very small world, and everyone knows everyone. If I find out she's said something about me which could be taken wrongly, I will make sure the whole of her department knows she's dangerous. I was sooooo mad.
Anyway, it's all still horrible, not for me or DH, but for the boys, especially Archie, who's had a good relationship with BIL until the cow came along. So I was actually glad he saw the boys, it's good for them. But at some point it's all got to change, it can't carry on like this.
Sorry, rant over.

So Laura, Teeny, Emzy and now Drazic!! Wow, little babies on the way!! So exciting!!

Laura, I hope you get the 15 wks you want from your scan on Weds. x

Sorry, I am truly crap tonight. What with the work thing and this bloomin BIL thing on my mind, I'm not good for much!! I am going to bed soon with the hope of feeling more sprightly tomorrow!!!!! xx

I am no expert but my Mum is a trained hairdresser so I ask her about these things! She tells me the red is good, if you want to colour over you need to keep some red in or a brown will go green! Its like mixing colours on a palate, but going lighter you have to bleach to get the colour out, then you can put the colour you want on over. I am going to use both sachets in the pre lightening kit its a garnier (sp?) pre lightner to strip the colour of dyed and dark hair, then I am putting a dark ash blonde to make it brown, the beauty about doing it is if it all goes tits up at least i can put a dark colour over the whole lot and as i am usually dark it will just look as usual lol
I am using ash because my mum said ash has no red in it and my hair has lots of natural red so i think if the colour goes ginger when i take the colour out the ash blonde should make it a light brown with red tones, which is what i want really.
We shall see, if you want me to be a guinea pig and tell you how it goes i can! It take an hour to do the colour strip so i just cant find the time to do it, the colour goes on dried hair so i think i will need a few hours so when i have the time i will do it!

Well tomorrow is the day, I was in labour by now last year, I was just arriving at my friends house to drop the kids off, and i thought i was just a few short hours away from meeting my beautiful baby girl, she actually kept me waiting another 12 hours!

I'm getting my hair ash blonde next week I have dark brown hair...but I couldn't do it myself Or I might end up with really red hair?

Today I went to edin to buy both girls shoes tab got new uggs and Rosalie gorgeous shoes, she's still a size 3 well think I need to get Rosalie a new carseat

LadyK - I always dye my hair black...have since I was 15 and now can't stand it! But I hate my roots and cant afford to have the colour stripped back to its natural chocolate brown!!!

Boony - I'm sooooo jealous you have your baby!!! Pip really needs to get a shift on tbh.... hope she's settling in well and you're resting!!!


Had mw today and baby is fine...head down and on the brim so still not engaged will get my sweep next monday but everyone thinks i'm gna go into labour on Saturday or Sunday... I'd rather go Monday morning as Saturday is Kimi's birthday and Sunday is her 'party' so Monday would be perfect!!

Had a really long day...my stupid git of a brother was in a bad mood this morning as my mum didnt buy him any lunch for work so he was slamming cupboards and stamping around at 5am which in turn woke up me, kimi and my sister! Kimi was then unable to settle as the banging had scared her so at 5.30am we was sitting in bed with a cup of tea and snuggling watching baby tv..... then just as we was drifting off....he decides to turn on the hallway light and wake us all up again.... stupid git!!

I then find out he'd decided to eat my chow mein I had got for my lunch for his breakfast because he could!!! So I was really pissed off as was really looking forward to my chow mein!!!!

Evening girls!

Can't catch up very well as on my phone. Just on my way back from work, I don't know how I'm gonna keep up the pretence til 12 weeks! I'm like a zombie, I am so tired and can't concentrate! A couple of people asked if I was ok tonight and I just said I felt a bit run down... I know I'm tired but I didn't think anyone would notice!!

I've also started with the same type of cramps that I had with Holly. Theyre horrible but im tryin not to worry too much as they are the same as when I first got preg with holly and it was fine. I've got my docs appt in the morning just to tell them I'm pregnant so I might mention it then. With holly they sent me to the epu, wonder if they will again. Sometimes they're really strong and as much as I KNOW I shouldn't worry, I can't help it!!

Hope youre all ok. Sorry for moaning about pregnancy stuff, I hope you don't mind. I just find the other thread depressing and scary as they've all had recent mcs!!
