I've been a bit off course recently and haven't ate that healthily for the past 1/2 weeks due to my OH having time off work and we've ate out and had take-aways quite a few times, however I decided yesterday I was gonna start healthy eating today.

Didn't start too badly either, a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a cheese and ham salad sandwich for lunch... and then my mum mentioned they were going to the chippy so I opted for sausage and chips, instead of my usual donner kebab meat and chips which was my (rubbish!) way of trying to make it seem healthy!

And I scoffed it all down... and my morning sickness decided to play up there and then, and I threw it all back up. My own fault, the salads will start tomorrow! :dohh:

Awh! Sorry about your morning sickness.
Mine used to be really bad, hopefully yours will stop soon!

We all have those days where we don't really eat good, but salads are definately good to eat! :)
xx

I have been feeling as if I haven't been eating healthy enough either :nope: and that's all I crave. Mornings aren't usually the problem, it's the afternoon and night time that I want fastfood and go out to eat. I don't know how to make a good diet for myself and actually stick to it. I had such great metabolism before I got pregnant that I never had to worry about it. Now it's come to bite me in the butt because if I eat what I want, my belly hurts because the baby is taking up so much room.
Haven't found an answer yet but good luck with yours :hugs:

Yeah I'm the same, before I was pregnant I didn't have much of an appetite, and I worked in a fastfood restaurant so seeing it everyday put me off it, but since I got pregnant the morning sickness/low blood pressure has meant I've been put off sick since 7 weeks, and now my appetite has expanded and fastfood breakfasts are all I crave! :haha: And I can eat pancakes anytime of day! Hehe!

Eat a little of what you fancy to keep you satisfied and top up on the healthy stuff if you are hungry. Better to eat a small amount of crap and feel good than to not have it at all or eat too much of it and be sick :)
