Hi ladies

Has anyone done this or know anyone who has? I do a fair amount of cakes/biscuits etc and would love to sell them through a local market! Anyone got any experience?

I take it you already have environmental health certs etc?

From your post you don't make out whether you are self employed etc, so il keep my post brief and wont bang on about getting registered self employed etc

Firstly, contact your local council, Get details from them. They are usually very helpful.
My sister sells soap at the local market, £14 a stall. Need your own pasting table...Saturdays are usually very busy, Might want to do a little 'market research' first though and check nobody else is already doing this at local markets! otherwise it could just be a risk of wasted ingredients etc.

Packaging is a huge seller to, think of unique and beautiful ways to package things and your half way there! x x
