Warning long post alert but would really appreciate any help ye may have.
I'm just wondering if what I am experiencing is normal. I had a miscarriage on the 2nd of January. I was 5w 2d. I passed the sac on the 4th and stopped bleeding on the 6th of January. However since then I have had severe stomach cramps. As well as intermittent severe stabbing pains in my sides and back. On the 11th of January I was seen in ED and was started on a course of antibiotics, they thought it was endometritis. I had no fevers, and blood results showed very mild inflammation markers. After 5 days on antibiotics I was no better. I presented back to ED and had scans done which showed that all the tissues had passed. I was given new antibiotics and am on day 3 of these with little change. Does anyone have experience with severe cramping foe this long after a miscarriage or with endometritis. I am in pain all of the time. I just need it to stop. I haven't even managed to process my loss because of all of this.
