Embarrassing question but one min I've no sex drive next I've loads is it ok to have sex eArly I've had 4 mc should I avoid sex to be extra safe

Normally sex is safe during pregnancy, me and DH have sex quite often as my sex drive is usually pretty high and pregnancy hasn't changed that. I would ask your doctor if it's okay since you've MC before-even though I'm pretty sure one doesn't effect the other (I could be wrong I'm not a doctor lol) just ask and hope you can, I can't imagine going 9 months without it, and I'm sure my hubby would not like it eiher.

This!

My GP told me not too for the first 12 weeks especially if you have medical problems or have had a MC. I wouldn't risk it until you have had your 12 week scan.

Means I agree with it.

First trimester miscarriages are almost always due to a genetic or developmental problem. If baby is healthy, sex won't hurt it. If it is not healthy, it probably won't stick and avoiding sex will cannot help this.
