Sharp pain in right side

I am worried. I have been getting a sharp pain on and off on my right side. I hope it isn't ectopic. I have also been having a bit of overall cramping but no blood. I called my midwife but she didn't answer but i did leave a message so presume she will ring me back when she is free

I have this same thing. When I said ectopic to my midwife, she chuckled and told me to stop googling so much, lol. So it might be fine as I have the same deal.

Yeah i went to my doctor and she seemed to think i was fine and that is was just my ligaments stretching so that is a relief

I had this sensation and went to early pregnancy unit for a scan. They did an ultrasound and could see the corpus luteum on my right ovary where the egg had released and that was the likely culprit. I was 4-5 wks at the time. I felt hugely reassured by having it checked out- do you have that service where you are?

If it were etopic you would be cripple with pain and would have watery blood. probably just a small cyst on you ovary, at this moment its not something to worry about, if the pain gets worse... go to you local hospital- better to be safe then sorry. if its any comfort im having these pains also, my doc said its not something to worry about at the moment
