Sharp pain, left side. 36 weeks

I'm 36 weeks 4 days and this afternoon I started with a sharp pain on my left side. It went away but has returned this evening and is pretty uncomfortable and painful, I can't really move around. I've already had my appendix out a few years ago.should I be worried???

Anything like that should really be addressed with your OB. I would give them a call ASAP or go to your nearest ER if you feel it is an emergency.
