Sharp pain?

I'm almost 5 weeks, and today I twisted around in my seat in the car cause the dog was barfing. I immediately got a sharp pain in my uterus that lasted about 40 sec. It scared me!!! Now I feel fairly normal...some achenes, but I've been achy down there for a week now

Try not to worry.. There's all kinds of stretching and growing going on. All I do is move the wrong way and I get intense stomach muscle cramp, doesn't last long. Sometimes even sneezing can cause muscle spasms
