Sharp pains while walking

Anyone else getting any sharp pains in their pubic area and lower back when walking?
It is almost lightning crotchety but not really. I am not overly concerned but just curious.

I've been getting them for a couple of weeks, can't walk more than ten minutes or so without hurting too much. Midwife is pretty useless though and just says 'oh its normal, take paracetamol' - work is an hour walk away!

I get a sharp pain up under my left rib when I'm walking and have to pee. Oddly specific... but I've talked to the midwives about it and they just say it's normal.

Yeah my Ob isn't concerned at all yet. They said if it worsens to let them know. It isn't horribly bad, so just going to watch It and take it easy.
