Sharp Stabbing Pains

Hi Everyone. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this?
I am about 11 weeks and since Sunday have been experiencing sharp stabby pains in the centre of my stomach right where the baby is. I'm a bit worried as I lifted my collie into the bath that day, totally forgetting I shouldn't be doing that sort of thing at the moment.
I had a scan last Thursday, which showed I was only 10 weeks and 4 days. Everything looked fine but I have to go back in a couple of weeks as was too early.
Went to the docs today and they just said "keep an eye on it and come back if it gets worse". I've had the crampy pains on each side of my stomach but nothing like this.
I'd appreciate any advice.

Sorry I don't have any advice. I would say go with your instincts and if you feel really worried or have some bleeding either go to A+E or call NHS direct.

I have weird pains all the time and as far as I am aware everything is OK.
