Any one has any information I am bf. But I weaned him from day time feedings I have been taking vitex for 3 weeks now. So I heard about shatavari and maca... I have not had a period at all and I am not ovulating... My son is now 17 months... Can anyone tell me if this would help... I have been taking maca since sat Lol...I take 3 a day.. I am waiting on the shatavari to arrive.... Thank you

I have only heard of the vitex and maca, but I'm not sure if they will help regulate ovulation - someone else here might have better info on that. What I do know is that some herbs can pass through breast milk and some can have negative effects on infants, however. Have you asked your doctor if the dose you're taking is safe?
