shift work and temping, any point?

I've decided to start temping next cycle if I don't get a this one. I already record cm, opks etc on FF, just wondering if there's any point me temping as I do shift work and get up at a different time EVERY DAY! I get up any time between 1am to 5am on a work day , so temps probably wouldn't be accurate?

Anyone else do shifts and temp? Thanks x

i think it means if you take it after a set about of hours sleep, regardless of what the actual time is then that is the most accurate way? bit confusing!
