Shocked and terrified - BFP!!!

I just got my after starting fertility tests! I had a m/c back in April this year and have been TTC since but had problems with my periods and thought I might be peri-menopausal, I got the all clear on that score last week and for the last couple of weeks I have had sore boobs and then have been feeling sick for the last few mornings so did a test this morning and came up positive straight away, I have done a clear blue with conception predictor this lunch time and it says I am 3+ weeks pregnant, I am so gobsmacked I don't know what to do with myself!!!!
