Shooting pains in stomach?

I was just wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this after a mc? I mc a few weeks ago and as it was early on didnt need any medical intervention. Today though I have been experiencing occasional shooting pains up the right side of my stomach to just under my ribcage, any idea if this is something to worry about or just something daft like gas?

I'm not to sure, but I've been experiencing the same thing. I've not thought anything of it though?xx
