My husband is a biologist and studies ontogeny (growth) for a living. He said that there is no real way to predict how each individual infant will grow. There is so much variation, especially at birth, that worrying about it will just give you anxiety that you really don't need at this point. Everything is probably just fine! Back in the day we didn't worry about scan measurements and femur lengths because we didn't have the technology. I bet we didn't worry as much back then!
