Should I be Worried

I only found out yesterday that I was expecting after 2 previous MC and I am now a little bit worried as on Saturday I did some gardening and heavy lifting. I know you have to be careful in what you do so I am freting that I have done something.Am I being paranoid??

well its so flipping scary to find out you are pregnant after a MC... I mean if it hasnt bugged you yet with the lifting just try from here on out to just be more cautious.. Best of luck to you and a healthy and happy 9 months ahead!!!
