should i be worried?

ok..so my doctor told me that i shouldnt worry about this and that this 10 cm cyst is actually "protecting" my pregnancy and making it thrive...although it does carry the risk of rupturing or twisting...i have one a week doctor appointments and a sonogram is done everytime to watch it...but im still kind of worried...has anyone else had/have something like this?

everyone has this to begin with they do get smaller or vanish when the pregnancy is futher on x
