Should i chart this as ovulation day for this month?

So before hubby and i try for a baby i want to track my ov so i had a positive opk monday and then tuesday it was negative like not even a line on it so do I take monday as roughly when i ovulated?

I would say yes but keep an eye on other fertility signs e.g cm just in case your body didn't ovulate the first time and tries again, that's what happened with me. Good luck!

Quinn is right, you shouldn't just rely on OPK. I'd also say that people normally ovulate 24-36 hours after a positive OPK so its more likely to be tuesday for your ovulation day. Could be monday though. If you tracked your temp you'd know for sure.

How do i do the temp thing? x

Take your temp first thing in the morning around the same time each day. Do this before you get out of bed or even sit up. Then if it goes up +.02F above the highest temp for 3 or more days, you can be sure you've O'd.
