As I don't have one and today i've worried that my supply has slowed down, or actually i've been too busy to pump over the last 2 days and in return it's doing what i've told it to do!

So i'm wondering if I need a pumping schedule just like a feeding schedule because lets face it, if I was feeding I would know when lo was due a feed right?!

What's happened is that i've gone from pumping every 2-3 hours producing 2-4 ounces depending on how long inbetween to a busy couple of days out and only pumping 'when I can', I think today i've only produced 4 this morning and 3 when I got home this afternoon.

I'm writing this knowing where i've gone wrong but experience from others would be appreciated!

Are you exclusively pumping to feed LO, or are they breastfeeding in between pumps, or are they on formula?
