For the past week Phoebe has been sleeping from 7pm until 7am without waking up which is great for all of us. When she wakes up she polish's off a 7oz bottle in record speed and is satisfied for about an hour and then goes mad and wants more, from this feed she will take about 3oz and then go down for her nap. The rest of the bottles during the day have started to become much closer together, rather than going 3-4 hours apart they are now 2-3. She takes about 5oz from these bottles but she wont take anymore than this but then wants another bottle 2 hours later.

Obviously she is going a long time through the night without being fed so instead of having 2 bottles close together in the morning do you think she is ready for hungry milk?

Hi, my 5 week old girl was taking 5oz bottles of normal cow and gate every 2 hours during the day and every 4 during the night, we have switched to cow and gate hungry baby and she now goes 4 hours during the day and last night she slept 11.30-7am. So it helped us...

Adrhianna was the same i mentioned it to my health visitor and she advised me not to go on hungry milk just to change her brand of milk, also she had colic, So i changed from SMA gold to Aptimal. And she is a star on it also her colic seems to have gone or has calmed right down, but the health visitor did SMA gold is quite comman to babies that take SMA gold.

Depend what the baby is like, the best think is to ask your health visitor and take it from there :D

Good luck

xxxxxx
