should i worry??

hi girls i have just changed amy's nappy and it was a pooh, i also noticed it had a bit of red blood in it to should i be worried or could this be where she has strained?

did the poo seem a bit firmer than usual...if so it may just been that she has strained hard and has a fissure(tiny cut in her back passage)
i would keep an eye out for the next oo to see if it happens again...if it does or youre worried id nip her to the docs for a quick checkup xx

no hun the poo was runny as usual ermmmmm not sure whether to ring doc now or wait until next nappy change
