show me your dolls houses...

Hi my girls (aged 5 and 8) really want a dolls house for Christmas. I am torn between the traditional (read expensive) wooden one you can build and decorate that my eldest will love and the more practical one for a 5 year old (I haven't got space for two)

Does anyone have any pics of a traditional dolls house? They want one with lights and ideally a big room we can use as a ballroom when playing princesses. Any ideas?
