Sick of being tired all the time!! :(

I wake up I'm tired.
Have breakfast I'm tired.
keep hydrated I am tired.
Have rest I'm still tired.
Little naps if needed I wake up tired.
Got a million things to do and I just have not got the energy at all to even go and see my friends or drive anywhere!!

What can I do or take besides caffeine to boost my energy levels?
 
It does get better :) but downside mine took till 11-12w.

I just found sleeping was best thing.
 
I've been eating LOTS of protein. It seems like the more meat, beans, eggs and nuts I eat the bigger the boost I get throughout the day.

Steering completely clear of carbs because I've noticed they make me crash hard.
 
I remember that.... Hang in, but it seemed to last forever. I'm almost 12 weeks now and feel normal half the time but still totally wiped out the other half.
