signature help pretty please?

hello there,

i am trying to get my signatures to work and having no luck, i have read that you do have to have made a certain number of posts and i have made 19 i think so over that... it still says under where you put the signature that i am not allowed?? can anyone help meeeeee?? thanks ladies x
