Signs you ovulated?

So I delivered my little boy at 21 weeks on 4th July

I got my first period around the 13th August and felt like I ovulated over the weekend due to increased CM but what other signs of ovulation do you get? I had some pains around my ovaries too but didn't know whether that was related to the pregnancy I just lost.

Sex is quite painful at the moment however I can feel myself getting through it for the sake of pregnancy! So now I feel like I may be in TWW but that's if I ovulated at all?

Opk tests, temp charting, checking cervix or even an ultrasound are ways to know when you're about to ovulate, it's hard to know when you ovulated exactly that's why its advised to start BD when you have confirmed using these methods. For me i know that I already ovulated is when TMI ewcm is followed by creamy cm the day after.
