I would love to learn how to make bruschetta but I'm wondering how you get the bread so nice and crispy but not burnt? Also what bread is best to use? Thanks!!
I always use a baguette, slice it... Then I mix together in a bowl plum tomatoes (firm), olive oil, basil and a little garlic. Yum.
I made a three course meal for my room mates family, as he can't cook to save his life.. If you get someone that doesnt like Bruschetta, you can slice the baguette, add a little garlic to some butter in a pan.. spread it on.. home made garlic bread for those that want something different. Takes two minutes. x
