hmm i really need to get back on track
Breakfast:
coffee with sugar free creamer
powerade zero
Snack
salami & swiss on whole grain bread
Lunch:
powerade zero
orange fanta zero
Dinner:
Homemade chicken fried rice with veggies
2 more powerade zero's
This fricken dehydration crap is getting old. I've had 5 bottles of water and still dehydrated.
