Silly OT: What did you eat today?

hmm i really need to get back on track
Breakfast:
coffee with sugar free creamer
powerade zero

Snack
salami & swiss on whole grain bread

Lunch:
powerade zero
orange fanta zero

Dinner:
Homemade chicken fried rice with veggies
2 more powerade zero's

This fricken dehydration crap is getting old. I've had 5 bottles of water and still dehydrated.
 
Scrambled egg with light cheese
Two pieces cinnamon raisin toast w butter-type stuff
Banana
Skim milk

Grapes
Babybel cheese wedge thing
Greek yogurt
Apple
Trail mix - cranberries, peanuts, cashews, almonds, chocolate covered something
Bit of chicken over white/brown rice mixed
A bunch of M&Ms dark mmm yummy

A few handfuls of cornflakes, randoommm

This homemade whole wheat vermicelli/broccoli/carrot/celery/mushroom/parmesan casserole thing! It was yum and I couldve eaten the whole casserole!

No dessert amazingly, too tired to even get cookies out
 
Breakfast -
Low fat cherry yoghurt
Melon wedges

Lunch -
2 warburtons sandwich thins with tuna mayo

Dinner -
Half a BBQ chicken pizza, with peppers and sweetcorn, alphabet potato shapes, mayo

Snack -
Blueberry muffin with clotted cream (yum)

Drank loads of pepsi max and diet 7up too!
 
Breakfast:
Bowl of raisin bran with brown sugar and milk

Snack: blueberry yogurt granola bar

Lunch: 3 taquitos and a hot dog :haha:

Dinner: 4 mini bacon & cheese muffin things I baked and a green salad.

Dessert: a 90 calorie yogurt bar. (it really doesn't make up for my lunch :) )
 
Today was bad!

Breakfast -
Weetabix x2 with ss milk w sprinkle of sugar
Coffee with 1 sugar

Lunch -
Pizza hut buffet (I ate loads!) 2x glasses pepsi max

Snack -
Bottle of coke

Dinner -
Really wasnt hungry after my huge lunch so I had a large decaff skinny caramel latte and a chocolate mini roll

Bowl of cereal with soy milk

Lunch
Leftover chicken and rice

Afternoon Snacks
Another bowl of cereal with soy milk
Too many wheat crackers

Dinner
Chicken cacciatore
Mixed green salad
Dinner roll
 
Cheerios and berries for breakfast
toast for lunch (boring!)
Then a banana as i went all hypo grr!
Tea was mushroom and garlic bake (asda veggie section haha) potato stars and beans
Then just had a slice of toast with scrambled egg as i'm starving and craving sugar :cry:
 
b- 1 cup of cereal with 1 cup of skim milk
l- scrambled eggs with 1/2 a tin of spaghetti and a pear
s- will be a handful of walnuts and an apple
t- will be sausage and chickpea casserole with mashed potato and cabbage
d- skim milk hot chocolate
 
Only up to lunch so far, but here's the plan for today!

Toasted raisin bread with neufchatel cheese

Morning Snacks
Cereal with soy milk
Fiber One bar

Lunch
Peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread
Small green salad

Afternoon Snacks
Baby carrots
Fat-free yogurt with Cheerios

Dinner
Chicken & veggie dumplings
Jasmine rice

Dessert
??? Probably a banana...
 
Breakfast: toast with peanut butter and decaf tea

Lunch: left over veggie shepherds pie, orange, 2 satsumas, apple, soya yogurt

Snack: chocolate soya milk

Dinner: not sure yet. But thinking of Chinese takeaway as it's Friday!

Wow, sounds like a healthy day! I wish I could find good pears around here.

Stouffers Macaroni and cheese :blush: That's going to spike my sugar but I feel like poop and it stayed down

still up in the air.. depends on how bad my nausea is later
 
Yesterday I spent most of it in hospital being monitored so that explains my ridiculously bad food choices!

Melon wedges
Strawberry mullerlight
Cup of tea

Lunch -
Half a chicken royale burger
Half medium fries
Half a regular coke

Snack -
Lots of haribo supermix
Bottle of coke

Dinner -
Egg Mayo sandwich
Cup of tea 2 sugars

Plan for the rest of the day:

Leftover bulgogi with rice

Dessert
??? There is a box of brownie mix calling my name... :blush:

chicken salad with a wholegrain roll

Snack: Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of organic trail mix
Lunch: BIG salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta, chickpeas, olive oil)
Snack: cookie
Dinner: will probably be steamed broccoli and corn
Late evening: going to a birthday party, so will be having some cake and some late night bar snacks :blush:

I've been rather lax on eating well because I'm so exhausted... eek!

So here's what I ate today:

Bowl of Honeycomb cereal
Leftover Cheese Pizza
Bowl of Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Marinated Venison with Garden Rotini and Applesauce (Only meal I put effort into today.)
Now I'm off to have another bowl of ice cream and bake a Banana Bread.
 
I'm going to try to post in this thread daily now, in an attempt to stop myself from misbehaving.. Today has been very bad so far :nope:

Breakfast
Slice of blueberry cake
Slice of coffee cake
Two slices of thin crust cheese pizza.. OH THE SHAME :blush:

Snack
Apple

That's it so far but plan to have a carrot and a banana for snacks and make pumpkin soup for dinner.
