Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Ok...disclaimer...I'm bad...

Ruffles cheddar & sour cream chips with fritos bean dip/dr. pepper

half of a fresh pineapple

8 tyson chicken cordon bleu mini bites/dr. pepper

I am at the point where there isn't alot of things that I can eat or even want to eat for that matter.

IKR! Like I said there are few things that I can eat. I am slightly paranoid over fruit and the whole listeria thing, I am 99% sure that I am now allergic to chocolate...every time I touch it or ingest it I break out and itch all over. Can't get tested yet so I avoid it at all costs. You never realize how many snacks that have chocolate in them or are all chocolate until you can't have them. When I ate that pineapple today I doused it in that fruit spray then scrubbed it, then when I cut it I ran it under hot water hoping that if there was any cross contamination from the skin to the "meat" of the pineapple that it would eliminate it....I am nuts apparently...I just recently this month started eating sliced turkey...I went over 8 months not eating deli meats...but I just got this craving that wouldn't go away....the place that I get it is super cautious about their meats. Thank goodness because we already have to avoid cross contamination with dh's allergies.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: two fried eggs, two slices of toast with butter, a few slices of spam

Snack: orange

Lunch: hamburger with cheese and a bit of chili on it, handful of chips

Dessert: a cookies & cream cheesecake bite thing I made off pinterest! and my father in law made some delicious dessert with chocolate pudding, whip cream, bananas, peanut butter, and skor. So good! Needless to say I got my sugar fix for the week in one day!

Dinner: Two slices of pepperoni pizza
 
Well, here's mine for today...

Breakfast
Honey Bunches of Oats with soy milk

Morning Snacks
Two granola bars

Lunch
Cheese quesadilla
Baby carrots

Afternoon Snacks
Cheerios with soy milk
Handful of raisins

Dinner
Leftover lentil soup with ham
Slice of whole grain toast

Dessert
There's a package of Cool Mint Oreos calling my name... :blush:
 
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal and skim milk
Snack: Bowl of fruit
Lunch: grilled chicken on multigrain roll-up and pretzels
Snack: Greek frozen yogurt
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Grilled tomatoes and grilled zuchinni
Dessert: More greek frozen yogurt
 
Today -

Breakfast -
None :dohh:

Lunch -
2 warburtons sandwich thins with flora, mayo and a box of micro chips
Low fat raspberry yoghurt
Diet 7up x2

Snack -
Handful of celebrations
Diet 7up

Dinner -
Baked pasta and meatballs in a cheesy garlic and tomato sauce
Pepsi max

Snack -
Glass of semi skimmed milk
Blueberry muffin
 
Breakfast
Peanut butter & jelly on wheat toast

Lunch
Slice of quiche with ham and asparagus
Honey dew mellon slices
pita chips with hummus

Snack
Apple

Dinner
Grilled cheese on wheat bread
Curly fries
Fruit torte
 
2 slices of wholemeal toast and marmite
Glass of mango and orange juice


Veggie chilli for dinner later.
 
Breakfast:
Raisin bran cereal with milk and brown sugar

Lunch: campbell's chicken noodle soup and a skor chocolate bar

Snack: fruit snacks and a grapefruit

Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich and cream of chicken soup
 
Breakfast - cheerios and strawberries
Lunch - slice of toast
Dinner - spag bol with ricotta cheese pasta, odd concoction but it turned out nice haha
Snack - toast
 
About 4 saltines with maybe a teaspoon of peanut butter

I am so sick I cant manage anything else

Huge glass of O.J.

Snack

Yogurt with granola ( I have awful heartburn so not very hungry)

I tend to be most hungry mid-day

2x Weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a sprinkle of sugar

2 eggs scrambled with 2 slices of toast with flora and ketchup
Cadburys wispa bar
Pepsi max

Snack -
Cherry mullerlight

Dinner -
Cheese and garlic naan bread with half a portion of cheesy chips

Crusty roll with hummus and avocado
Jam doughnut
More water
 
Sooo today started with my OH bringing me a McDonald's cheeseburger at 5am for no reason, and it's kind of gone downhill from there :dohh:

Wheat crackers
Fiber One bar
Handful of raisins

Lunch
Buttermilk pancakes with sugar-free syrup
