Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Yesterday was a bread day haha

Breakfast -
Low fat cherry yoghurt
3 slices hot cross bun load w flora
Sprite zero

Lunch -
Warburtons sandwich thin with flora, Edam cheese, tomatoes and mayo
Sprite zero

Snack -
5x thorntons chocolates

Dinner -
2x fried eggs, oven chips, 2 slices bread with flora, ketchup
Dr pepper zero


Today was -

Breakfast -
Low fat strawberry yoghurt
Cup of tea 1 sugar
Dr pepper zero

Lunch -
Warburtons sandwich thin with flora and Edam cheese
Chocolate mini roll
Handful of cola bottle sweets
Dr pepper zero

Dinner -
Cheese and herb crusted chicken breast, roast potatoes, carrots, garden peas, gravy
Pepsi max

Snack -
2x galaxy cookie crumble slices


:haha: will probably eat some wispa bites when I get out the bath too! Can't resist the chocolate lol. x
 
Only problem with this thread is it makes me hungry :p

Coffee with a sugar and soymilk
2 x marmite on wholemeal toast
Banana

Lunch
Crackers with hummus and feta and an apple

Snack
Banana

Dinner
Chickpea, green bean, avo, tomato and corn salad :)
 
So tired I'm STILL not motivated to cook well for myself or OH.

Today I ate:
A bowl of cereal with lactose free milk
Some Chicken Strips
Two Mini Raisin Bagels with Butter
A Bowl of Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Another Bowl of Cereal with lactose free milk

For supper I'm planning to cook:
Venison Sausages
Fried Tofu
Apple Sauce
Maybe some Garlic Green Beans
 
Today has been a sugary, carb-heavy day :nope: We really need to go grocery shopping, we are totally out of fruits and veggies!

Breakfast
Oatmeal
English muffin with margarine

Morning Snacks
Couple of small brownie squares
Bowl of cereal with soy milk

Lunch
Fat-free yogurt with Cheerios

Afternoon Snacks
Oatmeal raisin granola bar
Couple more brownies with a dollop of vanilla bean ice cream :blush:

Dinner
Yellow curry with chicken and potatoes
Jasmine rice

Dessert
Whole grain waffle with apricot preserves
 
Yesterday -

Breakfast -

Galaxy cookie crumble slice

Lunch -
1.5 sandwich thins with flora, 1/2 tin baked beans, grated cheese
Pepsi max

Dinner -
Sausage, garlic and tomato pasta with grated cheese
Bottle of coke zero

Snack -
Half a bag of wispa bites

:haha: I just cba to try be healthy anymore! Less than 6 weeks now so bring on the dieting afterwards lol x

I skipped dinner because my stomach doesn't feel well.

I think I'll have some cereal and mango flavored coconut water before bed..

That's another reason I really didn't want to eat today. I'm wondering if there is a natural home remedy for heartburn. The only thing I know of is apple cider vinegar?

I don't know of any. I finally started taking Tums and they do help some but I still have to force myself to choke food down.

Coffee with lots of boiled milk

Chocolate milk

That's it so far. Thinking of some yogurt with meusli for a snack. :)

Ice cream! Not sure what kind yet, but I've been craving real ice cream... I always eat frozen yogurt.

Yesterday was really bad because we got about 3 inches of snow Tesco decided they couldn't deliver my shopping (even though i actually tesco vans go past our house!) so we had no food all day til dh came home and rescued us!

Breakfast -
Half a small cadburys Easter egg
1.5 glasses cranberry juice

Lunch -
Low fat cherry yoghurt

Dinner -
Half a pepperoni pizza, mayo
Pepsi max

Snack -
Cadburys wispa bar

Supper -
3 grilled sausages, 2sandwich thins w flora and ketchup
Pepsi max


Hopefully Tesco will actually deliver today!!
