I do homemade pizza about once a week! This is what I do, got it from Good Housekeeping recipe book.
450g strong white bread flour
Teaspoon of sea salt
Teaspoon of yeast
300ml warm water
Put all in a bowl then add 300ml warm water
mix to form a dough, add more water or more flour as necessary
Knead for 5-10 minutes
Put in an oiled bowl and cover, and put somewhere warm for about an hour until doubled in bulk, then knock back and roll out as required. This makes 2 large pizzas.
