Sinus infections :(

Anyone else getting a lot of sinus infections or congestion?

I cough all night as well as coughing fits during the day that cause me to spew because I'm trying to break up the congestion. My sinuses block up every night. This has happened twice for several weeks during this pregnancy. I'm exhausted.. I saw the doctor today who gave me antibiotics and some puffers but looking for other ways to clear the congestion.

I'm sorry that you are so tired. A humidifier might help, tea and honey, a steamy shower before bed ( you don't have to actually sit in the water if you're afraid of to much heat), peppermint or a vapor rub. I'm asmatic so Ive had this problem with both pregnancies. It might just be an increase sensitivity to something in the air like pet dander, smoke, seasonal changes, certain cleaning chemicals, ect. Hope you get to feeling better and are able to get some rest
