Sippy cup after 6 months

Hi,

Really easy question I am sure! But do I still need to sterilise the sippy cup that my boy uses - he is now 6 months and 5 days old?

Also, do I still need to use cooled boiled water or just tap water?

I don't streilise mine but I only give her water & sometimes baby juice out of it, if your giving milk you need to streilise it... someone said on here you can give tap water from 6 month but I still do cooled boiled water coz my tap water never looks good for LO to drink x
