Site running really slow and saying server problem

Is there something wrong with the server?

I know it slows down when it's busy but pages aren't loading at all and I'm getting white pages with : there is a problem with this website, it's not responding etc.

Every other site I'm on is working fine.

It's taken me 5 minutes to get this page up!

Yes there were a few problems. Crossed fingers it is sorted now.
