Skull Theory, anyone want to take a guess?

I am 12 weeks 4 days and have heard a lot about the skull theory but I can't decide what the baby does could be. I would love someone to help and take a guess and let me know what you think!

I have no clue of skull theory but wondering if the hand is a "nub" which I dont know very much about either but if it is I would guess boy...looks like a boy nub (upright not parrallel to spine)
