This is the deal...my husband has been on nights since December. Slowly but surely my internal clock has suffered due to his schedule. I stay up all night and then want to sleep during the day. Of course that is not an option. So, I took a friends advice and forced myself to stay up for almost three days. On that third night I was physically, mentally exhausted. I climbed into my bed and laid there for four hours....no sleep. I just catch my second wind and the vicious cycle starts all over. I don't want to take sleeping pills or anything like that. I need some good old fashioned advice that will work. My neighbor told me to kick back a few beers and said he'd roll me a big fatty! About fifteen years ago, I'd probably would've taken him up on that offer. LOL HELP ME

I like the idea of a sleep cd. I've heard of these before, but forgot all about it. I love to sleep when it rains, so I may buy one with storm sounds. Thanks
