Sleeping in the Connecta, some opinions needed

I really want to use my Connecta more, but somethin bothering me atm is when Alex falls asleep in it. I had decided against geting one with the sleep hood, but im regretting that choice nowbut i cant afford to sell upthe current one and get another.

When Alex falls asleep in his his head flops back, so im having to lean forward alot to keep him against me, were taking the pram out still to put him in when he falls asleep, kinda defeats the point of the carrier!

Is he okay to sleep like this? Is there something i could to to suport his head more?

Bless him. I wouldn't be happy with my LO asleep like that either, I'd be worried about a bad neck. Dont know what to suggest really, I carry T on my front in my mei tai so can hold her head if needs be. Unless you could use a cotton scarf or something tied behind his head/neck & then round you when he goes to sleep to support it a bit more? But dont know how safe that would be either tbh.
