sleeping sucks!!!!! help me

I go from a moment were I'm completely exhausted & lay down to go to sleep then I get up for a drink or to use the restroom and bam no going back to sleep for me for hours I'm going mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat hun. I don't drink up to an hour before i go to bed now, does it work? No! I still have to get up in the middle of the night to pee! I can't remember the last time i had a full night sleep! They don't tell you that in all the books! lol xxx

Yup, same here It's really annoying. But at least we're being prepped for sleepless nights with bubs! And at least it's QUIET when we wake up now, right?

Same here! I've had a week off work, and every morning I've been downstairs watching TV by 8! Once I wake up in the morning at about 7 when I'm desperate for the loo, there's no going back to sleep for me!
