Sleepless night, worried about scan today

After an mmc 2 years ago I'm pregnant but this pregnancy has been so odd ( not finding out till 7 weeks and having a heavy bleed at 7+6 which was checked and hb found) I'm freaking out about the scan today, dreading that awful pause where u find out whether there is hb or not.... Questioning myself and whether my symptoms are real or imaginary or mean anything at all. Anyone else been in same boat?

I have been there more than I like to think about. It's totally normal after a loss and I also have a history of mmc. Take a deep breath and try to remind yourself that this is a new pregnancy and that you have no reason to believe that everything is not ok. It's hard somedays but if not you will drive yourself crazy.
