Morning All!
So glad I found this part of the WS.
I am a regular user of SW and find it one of the only diets that actually works for me.
I really need to start eating healthier as I've fallen into the "eating crap because I can" category.
I don't want to put 3/4 stone on like i've been reading and also at 17 weeks i've already gained 7lbs which for me is a lot....I am only 4"11 and so every lb shows.
Its not that I want to loose weight - I want to know that I am eating healthily for the sake of myself and my first baby.
I have bought the latest SW mag and want to start tomorrow (Gives me a day to eat all the last biscuits etc!)
I won't be joining the classes just weighing at home and keeping a track of my weight more.
Is there anyone out there already doing SW or was thinking of joining and would like to chat?
I'd love to hear from you!!!!
