Slimming World Members?

I was just looking for a bit of advice. I want to start the plan as I know you can follow it in pregnancy but there isn't a class in my Town to suit round work and childcare! My Sister-in-Law kindly gave me her pack from last year, she went a couple of times but didn't really stick at it. Can someone tell me the essentials I need to be able to follow the plan? I have the pack you get when you join, would I only now need a syns directory and use them both to follow the plan at home?

I'd be grateful for any help

I follow at home too & tbh hardly use the syn directory but it is good to have x
There is a SW thread on here where there are plenty of us to help you out xx
