You have certain foods free and those you are able to eat as much as you like of
You then have healthy extra a and b, Healthy extra A's are milk and cheese and Healthy extra B's are bread and fibre foods all your healthy extra have to be weighed and measured
Then you allowed 5 - 15 syns a day all foods have a syn value such a chocolate, sauces etc
Me too, that said it is very easy to think "Stuff it, I'll go back on the diet tomorrow" especially when you've been working all day and the choccie biccies are telling you to eat them
